Refund & Shipping Policy

We strive to dispatch your purchased products promptly to ensure swift delivery. All orders placed on subtech.in qualify for paid shipping.

If you suspect that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately contact us at +918506060581 or email support@subtech.in with your order ID for prompt resolution.

If your order reflects "Delivered" on the tracker but has not been received, please notify us within 24 hours for further assistance.

Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at +918506060581 or email us at support@subtech.in.

We are not liable for any product damage post-delivery.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking ID. You can track your order's delivery status by visiting the delivery partner website. This will provide you with the approximate delivery time and current shipping status.

We aim to deliver products within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the order, depending on the delivery address.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday; orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following day.

We aim to dispatch each item in your order within 24 hours.

Each order can only be shipped to a single address specified at the time of payment.
